User Agreement for Back In The Day Service
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH BACK IN THE DAY OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES.
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and Back In The Day and applies to your use of the Back In The Day service and any related products and services available through www.backintheday2000.com AND/OR http://backintheday.giftsnmore.com AND/OR http://www.youtubetoon.com (collectively the "Service"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use or access our Services.
You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement before you may become a member of Back In The Day. We strongly recommend that, as you read this Agreement, you also access and read the information contained in the other pages and websites referred to in this document, as they may contain further terms and conditions that apply to you as a Back In The Day user. Please note: underlined words and phrases are links to these pages and websites. By accepting this Agreement, you also agree that your use of other Back In The Day websites and Services will be governed by the terms and conditions posted on those websites.

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the agreement page on our site. All amended terms shall be effective as soon as they are posted on our site. Also all changes will be posted on the "update" section on our homepage.
In this Agreement, "you" or "your" means any person or entity using the Service ("Users"). Unless otherwise stated, "Back In The Day," "we" or "our" will refer collectively to and its subsidiaries. Unless otherwise specified.
1. Defination of words on the Back In The Day websight.
1.1 Cartoon. The term "cartoon" is being used as a hand drawn form of show, as well as that of puppetry, stop-motion photography, computer animation, and semi-live action, or a combination of those types of media. Children's shows that have a human counterpart, as well as puppet's or the like are being counted here, that is, if I like the show at all. Even if I don't it is probably still here just because this is an archive to house the good as well as the bad and sometimes completely distasteful.
2. Copyright/Rights
2.1 Any text within graphics referring to or that are names of larger corporations, such as Nickelodeon, Disney, etc. are trademarked by those companies and at no time did they assist in the production of this page or the collection of this information. Some pictures and info were found on other web pages, and those pages were given credit on this site's credit page. If there are images off a particular site, and we do not have their name listed on the credits page, please let us know so we can fix the oversight.
2.2. At no time is the selling of particular shows allowed on this site. All charges placed on the reproduction of any and all video footage (including dvds) are attached to the time, materials, websight costs, shipping, and machine wear and tear that it takes to send a copy to the recipient. The individual charges per length of show are only because the wear and tear occurring to the VCR/DVD differs due to the shorter / longer show being requested.No profit is made in the selling of videos/dvds. All money received through transactions is distributed back into the site, either for more space, video footage, or anything else that may aid the creation of the archive.
2.3 Back In The Day and/or any other websights in Back In The Day are not afilated, promoted, or sponcered by Nintendo, Pokemon, Disney, and or any other corporation and/or names. All rights are to be reconised to their respective holders.
2.4 All pictures are belived to be public domain. If you are the owner of any picture just e-mail us and we will take action to resolve the matter A.S.A.P.
2.5 Backintheday2000.com, Back In The Day, and all related logos, products and services described in this website are ownership of Back In The Day or as stated, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Back In The Day. In addition custom graphics, button icons, and html are ownership ov Back In The Day and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Back In The Day.
3. Access and Interference.
Our web site contains numerous pictures and videos, you agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to , or to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Back In The Day site or any activities conducted on our site wick includes but not limited to skipping and/or interfere with the login and/or sighning up for the members page. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. If you use, or attempt to use the Service for purposes other than collection information and/or pictures and/or videos for personal use (contact us if you wish to use pictures, information and/or videos on your website(s)), including but not limited to tampering, hacking, modifying or otherwise corrupting the security or functionality of Service, your account will be terminated and you will be subject to damages and other penalties, including criminal prosecution where available.

Each of these policies may be changed from time to time and are effective immediately after we post the changes on our Service. In addition, when using particular Services, you agree that you are subject to any posted policies or rules applicable which may be posted in conjunction with those Services. All such posted polices or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
5. Electronic Communications.
You agree that this Agreement constitutes "a writing signed by You" under any applicable law or regulation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this Agreement and any other agreements, notices or other communications regarding your account and/or your use of the Service ("Communications"), may be provided to you electronically and you agree to receive all Communications from Back In The Day in electronic form. Electronic Communications may be posted on the pages within the Back In The Day website and/or delivered to your e-mail address. You may print a copy of any Communications and retain it for your records. All Communications in either electronic or paper format will be considered to be in "writing," whether or not you have received or retrieved the Communication. Back In The Day reserves the right but assumes no obligation to provide Communications in paper format if you address is provided.
6. Security.

All of our pages begin with http://80toons.com, http://www.youtubetoon.com, http://backintheday2002.com OR http://backintheday.giftsnmore.com. and therefore you should not use any other site that does not begin as such.
7. To Cancle Your Subscription.
You may cancle your subscription by logging in to your account, OR contact Back In The Day.
8. Username/Password.
You also agree that you WILL NOT sell, trade, or give your username and/or password to ANYONE. this includes but is not limited to websights such as Yahoo! Groups, MSN Groups, and/or other username and/or password trading websights. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT SUCH DOING. IF CAUGHT WE WILL BAN YOU FROM ALL OF OUR WEBSIGHTS. WE WILL ALSO TAKE LEGAL ACTION!!!!
9. E-mail.
DO NOT SEND ME LINK TO ADULT WEB PAGES AND/OR SPAM!!!! WE DO NOT & WILL NOT TOLLERATE THIS NO MATTER WHAT!!!! WE WILL ALSO TAKE LEGAL ACTION!!!!
10. Filally.
By contuing to use and/or view this website you agree that you have read AND understand this agreement and wish to continue to access the rest of the Back In The Day websight.
